How to do the cup song in words!

Clap clap, 
tap (R) tap (L) tap (R) on top of cup,
clap,
pickup cup (R), put down cup. 

Clap,
pick up from inside (L),
opening of cup taps on palm of your (R) hand,
tap the edge of the cup on the ground, 
pickup cup with (R) hand from bottom,
slap the ground (L), put the cup down (opening facing down).

I do this right handed. The (L) and (R) indicate which hand I use for the movement.
